Volunteer Groups in Singapore

Dear Friends,
If you wish to volunteer your time and service but are clueless on what's available out there, do check out this list of Volunteer Groups that I have compiled (to the best of my knowledge, feel free to add). You can look through these Facebook pages to better understand the mission of each group, the activities organized and type of support required. The good thing about these groups is that volunteering is totally ad hoc and no regular commitment is expected, so you can actually go try once and decide if you want to go back again the next time round. Most of these initiatives are set up by a group of like-minded friends, ordinary people like you and me, who have the passion to give and make a difference to the lives of the less fortunate. Please do give them your support as they do not rely on any help or grants from the government or any sponsors, which makes what they achieve very admirable.

Last but not least, my very own project to encourage friends to spread kindness around, to anyone, anywhere, anytime. Let's embrace kindness in our hearts and make it a lifelong mission to give, to help and to make our world a more beautiful place. Bringing the love, hope and happiness to others is certainly a good way to gaining happiness, meaning and fulfillment in life.
