The Gratitude Exercise

Dear Friends,
I want to do this simple exercise with you because I think it will benefit you. List down 5 things you are grateful for. You don't have to comment but at least tell yourself the 5 things that you are grateful for. It will help in shifting your mind off the things in everyday life that you are unhappy with.
For me, I am simply grateful for so many things, the very fact that I am able to see, to read, to type and to be connected with wonderful people like yourself. Thank you for always being so supportive and pls do this simple exercise, cheers :)
